Refund Policy
If there is an error in printing and it was something we didn’t correct in proofing or if there are color shifts we can refund or reprint your order at no cost to you.
Delivery Policy
Turnaround time on most items is 3 to 6 business days with the exception of envelopes which can take up to 11 business days. All items are shipped either UPS for FedEx ground.
Return Policy
See refund policy above, if we printed an incorrect version of your order of if there was a color shift we can refund or reprint your item.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before you have approved the proof and paid, after that there is no option to cancel.
