How Are Envelopes Sized?

Orthodontic envelopes are typically sized in the regular #10 style, or measure 4.125” x 9.5” in size. You can also choose to order the following sized envelopes, depending on your specific needs:

#9 envelopes, measuring 3.875” x 8.875”
A-1 type envelopes, measuring 5.125” x 3.625”
A-2 type envelopes, measuring 5.75” x 4.375”
A-6 type envelopes, measuring 6.5” x 4.75”

Turnaround Time

When you order orthodontic envelopes, the turnaround time is generally four to eight days. If you order a larger quantity, the turnaround time is longer. Rush orders can be performed to accommodate the needs of any orthodontic office working with a tight deadline.
